Reserve one or more seats without organizing a group of six. The event is confirmed after at least six participants have paid and completed their waivers.

Reserve before paying

Initial reservations and individual waivers close at noon 10 days before the event. No payment is collected during this first stage.

Pay on the fixed timeline

If at least 6 people reserve, payment opens for the group and is due at noon 9 days before the event. Replacement-seat payments close at noon 8 days before the event.

Join an Open Cake & Sip

Reserve one or more seats.

Each adult reserves separately. The progress panel shows whether an event is still building toward the six-person minimum. Customer names remain private.

Waiting list: Once the first six reservations are claimed, additional guests can join the event’s waiting list. If an initial guest does not pay, Pae contacts the waiting list in order so the open seat can be filled.

Private Event

Request your invitation-only event.

Group booking and cancellation policy

  • The event requires at least 6 paid participants and allows no more than 12.
  • Initial reservations and individual waivers close at 12:00 p.m. 10 days before the event. No payment is collected during this initial reservation stage.
  • If at least 6 people reserve by the initial deadline, payment opens for the reserved group and is due at 12:00 p.m. 9 days before the event.
  • If fewer than 6 initial payments are completed, available seats may be offered to waitlisted customers. Replacement waivers and payments are due by 12:00 p.m. 8 days before the event.
  • If the minimum is still not reached by the final confirmation deadline, Pae Creates may cancel or reschedule the event. Customers who paid may receive a full refund or transfer their payment to another available event.
  • Once the event is confirmed, remaining spaces may be reserved and paid for immediately until 72 hours before the event, up to the maximum of 12 participants.
  • After the event is confirmed, payments are nonrefundable because the venue and event supplies have been committed.
  • A paid reservation may be transferred to another available event with Pae's approval. A reservation may also be transferred to another person for the same event when the replacement participant provides their information, selections, and signed waiver before the final registration deadline.
  • Unpaid seats may be released after the payment deadline.

  • Custom colors, trimmings, or extras may have additional charges; a quote is provided within 24 hours.

  • Scissors to cut the pastry bags
  • Toothpicks for small decorating adjustments
  • A small cup of water and paper towels for cleaning the piping tip between frosting colors
  • Adult supervision when children use scissors or decorating tools
